A Living Piece, Not a Factory-Identical Ornament
Each terrarium is assembled and pruned by hand. The bonsai may be boxwood or elm, and the exact branch shape, moss texture, stone placement, and shades of green will vary naturally.
These differences are part of receiving a living landscape. Product photographs show the overall design and scale rather than an identical plant that every customer will receive.
Simple Care, Not Zero Maintenance
- Light: place in bright indoor light and avoid direct sun, which can overheat the glass.
- Water: gently mist the moss and soil approximately twice per week.
- Water type: distilled water is recommended to reduce mineral marks.
- Temperature: keep between 15 and 28 C / 59 and 82 F.
- Pruning: trim new growth lightly when needed to maintain the preferred shape.
Care requirements can vary with room temperature, humidity, and light. Observe the plant rather than treating the schedule as an automatic guarantee.

Placement and Everyday Use
Place the terrarium on a stable indoor surface away from direct sun, radiators, strong air conditioning, and edges where the glass could be knocked. Allow enough surrounding space to lift the lid, mist the plants, and clean the outside of the glass.
It works well as a focal object in a home office, living room, reception area, reading corner, or gift setting. Its role is to bring living texture and natural variation into the room; it is not a medical or productivity device.
Packaging and Arrival
The terrarium is packed in multiple protective layers for transport. Because it contains glass and living materials, inspect it soon after delivery. If the glass arrives damaged or the arrangement is seriously disturbed, photograph the packaging and product and contact support@zenifyworld.com promptly so the team can review the issue.
Before ordering: confirm the version, dimensions, care conditions, and delivery address. Living plants and handcrafted arrangements will not be identical to the photographs.
