99-Day Return Window

We want you to feel confident ordering from Zenify. Eligible returns may be requested within 99 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@zenifyworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most approved quality-issue cases, you will not need to return the item.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For non-quality returns, contact us within 99 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing trackable return information. After the item is received and inspected, we will refund the full product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email support@zenifyworld.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return instructions and return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
