For orders shipping to the United States, standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $60 USD or more. Orders below $60 USD are charged a flat $6 USD shipping fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@zenifyworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most approved quality-issue cases, you will not need to return the item.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-quality returns, contact us within 99 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing trackable return information. After the item is received and inspected, we will refund the full product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tokyo Sakura began with our wish to turn beloved places around the world into gardens for everyday rituals. Japan was our first destination. Which edition fits the way I want to use it?
Choose the Base Edition for arranging and raking in daylight or a well-lit room. Choose the Light-up Edition if you would also like to enjoy the garden in the evening, with light illuminating the landscape as you rake or pause beside it.
How do I set up and power the Light-up Edition?
The light is packed separately for delivery. Attach it after arrival, following the included setup instructions. It uses two replaceable CR2032 coin-cell batteries, included with the Light-up Edition. Keep coin cells away from children and pets.
How much will my crystal tree vary from the photos?
Each handmade tree has its own shape. Natural rose quartz also varies in pink tone, translucency, texture, and inclusions, so your garden will have the same design and components with individual crystal details.
How is it packaged, and can I take it with me?
It comes in a Zenify branded box with a storage pouch and ritual guide. Before carrying it, return the sand to its bag and pack the pieces securely in the tin; the arranged landscape is not designed to travel intact. Decorative gift wrapping is available separately in the cart.
How should I care for the garden?
Place it on a stable, level surface. Keep the sand and components dry, and use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the tin and accessories. Handle the crystal tree gently when rearranging or packing it away.
This reminds me that not everything has to last to be meaningful.I often sit with it for a moment when I need a quiet pause.
I keep this on my desk while coding. Raking the sand for a minute actually resets my brain. Highly recommend for anyone with a stressful job.
I like the tower-and-blossom theme, but the miniature pieces take up a fair amount of the tin. I would want a larger tray for broad sand patterns.
The pink sand, quartz chips and background illustration give me plenty to look at. I tend to make one small path rather than rake the entire surface.
