For orders shipping to the United States, standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $60 USD or more. Orders below $60 USD are charged a flat $6 USD shipping fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@zenifyworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most approved quality-issue cases, you will not need to return the item.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-quality returns, contact us within 99 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing trackable return information. After the item is received and inspected, we will refund the full product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Natural crystals vary in color, translucency, shape, and markings. Each tree is handmade, so its branches and details will vary slightly while keeping the animal and crystal pairing you selected.
How should I clean, care for, and store the garden?
Place it on a stable, level surface and keep the sand and components dry. Wipe the tin, figure, and rake with a soft, dry cloth, and hold the crystal tree by its base when moving it. Before closing the tin for storage, take down the arrangement, return the sand to its bag, and pack the pieces securely.
