United States Shipping
For orders shipping to the United States, standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $60 USD or more. Orders below $60 USD are charged a flat $6 USD shipping fee.
Delivery Estimates

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@zenifyworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most approved quality-issue cases, you will not need to return the item.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-quality returns, contact us within 99 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing trackable return information. After the item is received and inspected, we will refund the full product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Place the tree, bridge and lantern where they feel right. Pull the rake slowly through the sand, tracing a stream beneath the bridge or a path around the tree.
Read the words on your card, take a breath, and leave the scene as it is — or smooth the sand and begin again. No experience is needed, and there is no perfect garden to make.

A few practical details
Can I personalize the mindfulness card?
Each season comes with its own fixed card design and wording. Name and message personalization is not available. Some older photos and reviews refer to a previous personalized version.
Will my crystal tree look exactly like the photos?
Natural crystals vary in color, translucency and markings. Each tree is assembled by hand, so the branches and arrangement of stones will also differ slightly.
How should I care for the garden?
Place it on a flat, stable surface and keep the sand and components dry. Dust the tree and miniatures gently with a soft, dry brush, and wipe the tin with a dry cloth.
How should I pack it for travel?
Return the sand to its bag and pack the tree, bridge and lantern securely before closing the tin. Transport the pieces packed away rather than carrying the arranged landscape intact.
Love that it’s personalized — so meaningful
Choosing a season gave me a reason to think about the person I had in mind. Winter suited her taste for pale colors and quiet spaces. The small bridge and lantern make the scene interesting without much fuss.
The seasonal design is appealing, but I was hoping to personalize the card. The current card has fixed wording, so I would need to add my own separate note.
The warm red agate tree and little bridge are a lovely combination. I like having my favorite season nearby.
