For orders shipping to the United States, standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $60 USD or more. Orders below $60 USD are charged a flat $6 USD shipping fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@zenifyworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most approved quality-issue cases, you will not need to return the item.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-quality returns, contact us within 99 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing trackable return information. After the item is received and inspected, we will refund the full product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A few practical details
Will the crystal and petals look exactly like the photos?
Natural rose quartz varies in shade, translucency and markings. The dried petals also vary in shape and color, so each garden has its own small differences.
How is the Light-up Edition powered?
It uses two replaceable CR2032 coin-cell batteries, included with the Light-up Edition. Follow the supplied lighting setup instructions. Keep coin cells away from children and pets.
How should I care for the garden?
Place it on a flat, stable surface and keep the sand, petals, tin and lighting dry. Handle the dried petals gently and keep them away from prolonged direct sunlight. Dust the figures and crystal with a soft, dry brush.
How should I pack it for travel?
Return the sand to its bag and pack the crystal, figures and petals securely before closing the tin. Carry the pieces packed away rather than moving the arranged landscape.

Okay, I didn't expect to love a zen garden this much but the pink is SO pretty!! It makes my desk look so aesthetic.
