For orders shipping to the United States, standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $60 USD or more. Orders below $60 USD are charged a flat $6 USD shipping fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@zenifyworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most approved quality-issue cases, you will not need to return the item.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-quality returns, contact us within 99 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing trackable return information. After the item is received and inspected, we will refund the full product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Caring for your garden
Will the crystals look exactly like the photos?
Natural amethyst and rose quartz vary in color, translucency and internal markings. The tree and Love stone may have different shades and details from those pictured.
Where should I place the garden?
Choose a flat, stable surface with space for your hand to move the rake. A desk, side table or bedside corner works well. Keep it away from drinks, strong drafts and the edge of the surface.
How should I clean and move it?
Keep the tray, sand and decorative pieces dry. Use a soft, dry cloth or brush to remove dust. Before moving the garden, secure the loose pieces and lift the tray with both hands.
