For orders shipping to the United States, standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $60 USD or more. Orders below $60 USD are charged a flat $6 USD shipping fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-quality returns, contact us within 99 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Before your first landscape
Will my stones look exactly like the photographs?
Each set contains 3–4 selected natural stones. Their shapes, colors, and textures vary, so your landscape will have its own character rather than matching the photographs exactly.
How much space should I allow for the garden?
The tray measures 12.6 × 5.9 × 1.4 in (32 × 15 × 3.5 cm). Choose a stable, level surface and leave enough room beside it to move the rake comfortably.
How do I care for the garden?
Keep the garden dry and away from moisture. Remove surface dust gently with a soft, dry brush, and wipe the tray and rake with a soft, dry cloth. Before moving the garden, lift out the stones, then carry the tray level with both hands.
How does the garden arrive?
The set arrives in Zenify’s eco-friendly packaging, with the fine sand contained in its own bottle. Pour the sand into the tray and arrange the stones to create your first landscape.

The stone-and-wood combination is nice, but I don't reach for the rake as often as I thought I would. It works better for me as something to look at.
I was looking for something that brought back the feeling of the rock gardens we saw in Kyoto. The long wooden tray and the open space around the stones do that for me. I like that the rocks are not identical and that turning one changes the arrangement. It takes a little experimenting to find a layout I want to keep. Then I usually change it again the next day. For me, that is the whole appeal.
