For orders shipping to the United States, standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $60 USD or more. Orders below $60 USD are charged a flat $6 USD shipping fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@zenifyworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most approved quality-issue cases, you will not need to return the item.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-quality returns, contact us within 99 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing trackable return information. After the item is received and inspected, we will refund the full product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Will the crystal colors and markings match the photos?
The three spheres are red jasper, lapis lazuli and tiger’s eye. Their natural markings and shades vary, and the arrangement of stones on each handcrafted rainbow tree also differs slightly. Your garden will have its own details within the same cosmic design.
Where should I set up the garden?
Choose a flat, stable surface with space for the open tin and your hand as you rake. Keep it away from drinks, strong drafts and the edge of the surface. The closed tin measures 9.5 × 7 × 2.5 cm (approximately 3.7 × 2.8 × 1 in).
How do I care for the garden?
Keep the tin and sand dry. Dust the tree gently with a soft, dry brush and wipe the spheres with a dry cloth. Before transporting it, return the sand to its bag and pack the tree and spheres securely so they do not move against one another.
