For orders shipping to the United States, standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $60 USD or more. Orders below $60 USD are charged a flat $6 USD shipping fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@zenifyworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most approved quality-issue cases, you will not need to return the item.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-quality returns, contact us within 99 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing trackable return information. After the item is received and inspected, we will refund the full product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I choose the right zodiac animal?
Choose by birth year using the guide above. For January or February birthdays, check the date of Lunar New Year in that year: a birthday before it belongs to the previous zodiac year. You can also choose an animal whose card message speaks to you.
Which edition should I choose?
Choose Base Edition for a daytime ritual beside your desk or favorite chair. Choose Light-up Edition if you would also like to rake the sand and enjoy your garden in the evening, with a warm glow across the scene.
How is the Light-up Edition powered?
It includes two replaceable CR2032 coin-cell batteries and lighting setup instructions. Replace both batteries when needed. Keep coin cells away from children and pets.
How should I care for the garden?
Place it on a flat, stable surface and keep the sand, tree and other pieces dry. Gently dust with a soft, dry brush. Natural coral and stones vary in shape and markings, and each handmade tree has its own arrangement of branches.
How should I pack it for travel?
Return the sand to its bag and pack the tree, animal and stones securely before closing the tin. Use the included storage pouch to keep the set together; move it packed away rather than carrying the arranged landscape intact.
