Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please email support@zenifyworld.com with clear photos/videos.

We will provide a refund or exchange within 48 hours.

In some cases, customers may keep the product without mailing it back once the issue is confirmed.
Standard Return Method (By Mail)

For non-quality related returns, products must be returned by mail in their original condition within 90 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a quality issue.

Once the returned package is received and verified at our warehouse, refunds will be issued.
